Due to many requests I have added a version with no purple sharpness and instead 90 hits of white. Nothing has been changed other than that. All DMG, affinity, and elemental values have remained the same.
Is it possible to change the name of this file so can have it along with the Weapon Part replacer mod that changes the visuals of the World style weapons?
I am gonna be straight. In no way this mod should be tagged as "fair and balanced". Seriously all Kjarr elemental CBs are already the meta choice of both SAED and savage axe playstyles. Buffing all of them and making them on pair with Kjarr ice is not buffing specific weapons, instead, it is buffing Charge Blade which is already a versatile weapon without major design flaws or disadvantages. The extra touch of giving them all insanely overtuned purple sharpness is straight up cheating and making the "fair and balanced" tag seem like an unseasoned joke.
CB got nerfed hard in Iceborne. I am aware this is not exactly 'fair and balanced'. However, I believe it is ridiculous that Kjarr Ice outclasses the other CBs by a mile, so I decided to make it even. This does buff CB tremendously, but I believe this is what CB deserves. If you don't like what I did, don't download it.
In base game, when you went for an SAED your files would not be consumed until you hit the ground; however, now they get consumed when even touching a monster. This is not a game breaker though. What is unfortunate is: Amped Element Discharge attack power slightly decreased Super Amped Element Discharge (second hit) attack power slightly decreased with phials available Super Amped Element Discharge (third hit) attack power decreased with phials available Super Amped Element Discharge (second hit) attack power slightly decreased with phials not available Super Amped Element Discharge explosion's elemental scaling slightly decreased when using a charge blade with element phials
Ice elemental weapons outclassing other elemental counterparts is a normal thing in both World and Iceborne. Before master rank Kjarr nobody in their right mind would use Safi ice CB because it is outclassed by the rarity 10 Beotodus CB.
Sure, but I (and many others) think the CBs should be equal stats, or at least not as stark a differance between ice and the others. The excuse "well it is always this way" is pathetic. Kjarr Ice was used to speedrun AT Kirin back in base game because it had that much more elemental than Kjarr King and despite Kirin having a level 3 weakness to fire, the elemental damage was just so much better with ice (2 star weakness). That is stupid and I don't think that should be the case. Stop complaining.
i've tried to do this alone but the game says no, then you do it it worked love it ! when u just do the Guiding land stuff to kill things faster good job !
also for people complaining about fair and balance tag.. just use this mod SOLO stat modifier mod is not made for multiplayer hunt stop ruining other people hunt by killing it too fast like ruiner nergigante killing you too fast
Thanks :) I'm glad you like it. It does make Guiding Lands much easier and, personally, I have more fun with it knowing that I don't have to use Shattercrusher on every monster except monsters weak to ice.
Yeah there is a ton of purple sharpness which I assume is your biggest complaint. However, keep in mind that these stats still applied to Kjarr Ice where I changed absolutely nothing regarding DMG or Elemental damage. All I did is even the playing field for the other CBs so it wasn't stupid. If you don't like it, don't download it. I will work on a version with less purple if that is what you think is busted, which I will admit it probably is.
I can do other weapons, but idk what I would do. I am not going to do bowguns because they are already set in the meta. Potentially bow, but I think that would be even more busted than people think this is. If you have requests just let me know.
with how overtuned the stats of every kjarr CB is even before this mod's buff, I really don't think kjarr needs purple, especially since they already beat safi CBs by a lot. thanks for admitting purple on kjarr Ice would be busted, tho. Good to know you're not a stuck-up like some people I've seen in this site.
you should do the weaker weapons like IG, SNS, and gunlance, i dont think anyone would complain about you powering up those weapons to match the top tier weapons

I'll look into working on some of the weaker weapons. However, I don't know much about the meta weapons aside from the Lightbreak IG and Safi Shatterfang, no clue about GL, meaning it will probably take more time to figure out the adjustments.
*buffs the charge blades that are already best in slot, and then adds ~100 units of natural purple, which can be handicraft'd for even more*

But then you get the ALREADY BEST IN SLOT CBS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN BUFFED TO KJARR ICE LEVELS, THEN ADD 100+ UNITS OF NATURAL PURPLE SHARPNESS BECAUSE ""before they had very little white sharpness" WHEN THEY ALREADY HAD 40 ENTIRE UNITS OF NATURAL WHITE. You better be "open to suggestions :)" of me and everybody else in the comments because thinking this change is balanced is delusional.
I will work on a version with less purple because I admit there is too much. However, it will still be white and it will have more hits of white. It is balanced in the fact that Kjarr Ice was unbelieveably overpowered compared to other Kjarr CBs. I changed absolutely no slots in the CBs, only changed sharpness, affinity, and elemental damage. I am not going to remove the tag. If you dislike the changes I made, simply don't download the mod.

Personally I don't believe I suck at the game. I just wanted to balance the playing field. I am almost done with a version of white sharpness instead of tons of purple. Safi weapons have identical elemental damage so why shouldn't Kjarr? Because it has crit element? Doesn't change the fact that Ice is busted and the others are average, I'm just tuning them that's all. The white sharpness version will be out soon.

CB is easily not the strongest weapon in the game. Look harder at other weapons and you will see what I mean. I will get rid of the purple sharpness, but I am not going to reduce the elemental damage of any of the CBs because that is effectively a nerf to CB rather than a buff (specifically ice because it would only lower its elemental damage).
