still getting: Error: oo2core_8_win64.dll not found. Download the file from elsewhere to the executable folder. I have the .dll but dont know where to put it please help

Is there some info anywhere on which specific files allow you to modify certain things in the game? So far I've mainly looked up what files other mods came with and then modified those. But there don't seem to be any mods affecting custom mods for bowguns, aside from recoil and reload speed which are in a separate file. Does anyone know which file contains the other mods that you can install in bowguns?

yes manually type the download_depot work. however the command earlier say item not found for me. i googled on steamdb and found another older version that work. but it is 40GB download.
This still works at time of posting. yes manually type download_depot (you can copy paste the #s). Once steam says complete, go to Steam\steamapps\content\app_230410\depot_230411\Tools\Oodle\x64\final and it should be there.
