If your weapon cannot use Max Might, it is nigh on impossible to hit 100% affinity unless you factor in gimmick skills like Affinity Sliding or waste a mantle slot on the booster.
I realize this mod aims to normalize the affinity of Fatalis weapons but "fair" is totally up for debate. With how high the base raw of these weapons is (minus LBG) you could also argue that being able to reach 100% affinity at all is broken.
As a matter of fact, all Fatalis weapons are meta even if they can only reach 95% affinity and many that could use Max Might don't do so because its uptime suffers a lot in most matchups simply because you have to roll a lot.
You're saying 95% affinity as if that's a bad thing lol. That extra 5% isn't going to make that much of a difference, and unless you're manually recording every damage value you see on your screen you are unlikely to notice. 95% is more than enough.
