About this mod
You can now have colored Shoutouts that work online even if other people dont have the mod !

If you have never edited your shoutout you can skip the 1st part :)
you can checkTHAT video that explain each step if you dont like to read stuff (sorry for bad english btw)
1.1:go in the "ShoutoutReset.exe" and open your save
1.1.a if you dont know wher your save is its in steam/userdata/yourSteamID/582010/remote/SAVE DATA1000 make a backup just in case
1.2 if the ShoutoutReset.exe dont work you may need to dl dotnet 5.0 on the microsoft site
1.3 select your save files then select which shoutouts to reset to default (you can hold "ctrl") then "Reset Selected Shoutouts" and then "Save SaveData"
2.1 Open the "cirilla toolkit" and open "cm_chat_***.gmd" *** is your language setting
2.2 click on Entries and go on the search bar and write the shoutout you want to modify or scroll to the index 26 to 46
2.3 write EVERYTHING you want but dont exceed 124 character (use notepad to know the lenght) you can check "gmd code.txt" to know what you can add
2.4 Start the game and Turn off autotranslation and done !
