About this mod
The mod allows you to create enchanted arrows by casting a spell - you need to be properly trained to do that however...

An Arcane Archer from Summerset Isles came to Vvardenfell and opened a school near Sadrith Mora to share his craft with others.
This mod adds the ability to become an Arcane Archer - you can get a set of spells which create enchanted arrows. However, I didn't want to simply throw the spells to a random NPC to sell, so I built the school and added a semifaction (it doesn't have enough quests or ranks to call it a full one).
Apart from the spells you will be given a choice of several bows, some of which you'll need to get crafted for your character.
