He is in Vivec temple I use morrowind Rebirth and he is standing in the water underneath the giant rock ministry, Idk where he is in vanilla. but i assume around Vivec Temple.
So, I spent a lot of time trying to find the NPC and when I finally did, he was visible from a spot I had been in multiple times, but I didn't see him. I finally had to look in the CS to find him. After all that, I really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, unless I am doing something wrong, none of the spells are working. There are 24 in total and I tried them all. They are all Jump 1 pt on Self with a duration of 1. They don't seem to do anything.
This is unfortunate because this concept sounded really cool. Looking at the ESP in TESPCD, there are also a lot of Global Settings, NPC Entries, & Creature Entries. Although according to the CS, the Creature Entries & all but 1 of NPC entries has a Count of 0.
I have no idea what this mod is doing, but it doesn't seem to work as described. Unless I am doing something wrong.
If anyone else has gotten this to work, please let me know how.
