Better Robes is a pretty good robe replacer. You should check it out (no really, you should).
It also had a Tamriel Rebuilt addon, which has been broken since December 2015 (yes, that long ago).
This updated patch changes the paths and the mesh names to their Tamriel_Data standards. Just download Better Robes, the TR patch, then replace the meshes and esp with the one included in this mod.
