IDK how OpenMW manages mods, but this mod doesn't conflict with Dunmer Lanterns Replacer. My mod alters the textures, Dahrk's one alters the models. So I guess you could mount them separately.
Well I just mounted them as usual and I think they work lol. Leaving this out here for anyone who may need this info XD. I just mount any shaders like any other mod on OpenMW and it seems to work!
Maybe it is just me, but I can not get this mod to work with MO2. I’ve tried the manager download and I can’t set a data directory on top...it’s just the individual textures.
I’ve also tried the manual download, and putting the textures in a texture folder, then inside a data files folder, and installing from archive, with the exact same result.
Very good indeed! Unlike stated in the description, the textures are "only" 1024x1024 pixels, but that's a good thing because 2048x2048 would just be way too much because you'd never see the lanterns that big in the game, anyway.
Really good quality replacer! What's important to me is that the lantern look like they are actually back-lit/illuminated and these ones do. Actually, these are the only ones I've ever found that do this, so in my opinion these are the best lantern texture replacers available. Good job.
