Indeed! Even putting this at the bottom of the load-order, letting it overwrite even the merged mod, it's stubbornly stuck to the base value. I'm running a horrible frakenstein install of 255 mods though, after fiddling with it this much I'm pretty sure it's something 100% on my end that's wrong, nothing to do with the mod.
Still, that's quite strange. Unless something is swapping out the IDs of all of the projectiles, I would expect putting it at the bottom of the load order to work. If you do manage to figure out what the conflict is, I would appreciate it if you let me know, thanks.
