Version 2.09
- Removed script logic that manipulates levelled lists, as this can cause issues (Ref bug submitted by Abot). Most lists are already handled via the provided ESP, so just make sure to merge lists per normal processes.

- Fixed merchant ID casing in configuration which was preventing Tamriel Rebuilt merchants from getting access to ME leveled lists. Thanks, Abot!
- Fixed bound items sometimes being allowed to be dropped (engine bug). Now, they'll automatically be picked back up and you'll see an appropriate message. Again, thanks, Abot!

- Revert changes from 2.06. Will be handled within MWSE hopefully, instead.

- Fixed hostile creatures being summoned and attacking the player. They'll now be passive as expected. UPDATE MWSE!

- Restructured packages and combined ESPs. There is now only 1 ESP. It is in the Resource Pack and is only required if using a spell pack. The framework no longer requires a core ESP. Tomes & Grimoire assets are now located in the Resource Pack.

- Updated framework initialization mechanics to be more clear, especially in between switching game sessions.
- Resource Pack handles setting up containers for configured merchants, automatically distributing levelled list items to vanilla lists.

- Added support for mods to find what items are registered as bound weapons / armors since this information is not in the vanilla engine. No new content. No need to update unless a mod tells you to.

- Added support for using skill and attribute IDs within magic effects in the framework. No new content.

- Fixed an icon path typo causing the "Summon Silt Strider " effect to have no icon.
- Fixed a bug in the enchantment code where passing a name parameter would raise an exception.
