I actually spent a couple of game days just picking up trash, hauling in and shelving books and stuff, and lightly refurbishing the house with a combination of Furniture Catalogue and the "disable" console command to throw out the fire hazard candle clusters and rickety rotting stools. Really feels like home now!
Not gonna touch those work stations, mind, 'cos they're works of art in their own right.
(I still feel a little bad for interrupting the couple upstairs. I could have snuck back outside, give 'em an hour or two...)
The stupid lucky die? Looks great, and feels like it's burning a hole in my pocket. I'm now really aching for a shady daedric casino to lose all my money and immortal soul in. :)
One thing that's a pity, though, the gorgeous (fake) painting won't hang properly on a wall 'cos of how the mesh is aligned... oh well, I propped it up at the back of a table, that's almost as good.
Are you using any mods that alter the landscape in that area? Or have mesh replacers that change the shape of the rocks? I only touched the surrounding landscape; shack is not near any of that.
I'm currently using Morrowind Rebirth, it's strange since there isn't nothing in that area but it must be it since im not using anything else i think. Great mod btw i like it.
A well done, vanilla friendly house mod in the Bitter Coast. Plenty of interesting visual storytelling, and the home makes sense in the context of the game world. This is not your typical 'empty shack in the middle of nowhere for the Player to call home' type of mod. You will have to clean the place up before you can just move in.
There are some non vanilla assets used, nothing terribly out of place considering what is going on inside the home. Everything is well placed, with lots of interesting visual details. It's a little out of the way, but access to the Silt Strider network is nearby in Seyda Neen. There are no "overpowered" items that I saw, but there are a few nice bits to be found if you look.
The home seems ideal for less savory, or outdoor oriented characters.
The mod, "Perfect Placement" is suggested, but not required for play.

Overall, a very good house mod. Endorsed.
