   Too be called 'TESV Health and Magicka Regen' shouldnt the atronach birthsign slow down rather cancel out the magicka regeneration like in Skyrim?

   Thank you! This works great in OpenMW too. Feel like there's a dozen MWSE magicka regen mods, and only a couple that work in OpenMW.

   This has been a life-saver!  I really hated the way Morrowind never regenerated but the later games did.  I used a magicka regen mod until I found this one which does both.  I did cut the restoration levels in half since I felt Skyrim's levels were a bit OP for Morrowind, and I can always return to your levels if my change doesn't pan out at higher levels.  Thank you and endorsed!

   Strolling into the chat 3 years after creation to sing this mod's praises. I've been testing various magicka regen mods for Morrowind and this is my favorite one BY FAR. I've never commented on a mod before because I'm a lurker, but I'm so pleased with this mod that I needed to squeal about it. Not sure if you'll see this mod author, but if you do, thank you so much for creating and sharing!

   Installation:
       Just drop the .ESP file into your Data Folder.
