Just a random thought: I think Vehk would be more appropriate as the Thief (despite ESO kept emphasizing his Warrior-Poet title) and Ayem should be the Warrior. Just my opinion though, they both can fit into the two categories.
So correct me if I'm wrong, but this mod doesn't seem to let new translations give or update topics. This can be noticed immediately. If you talk to the Seyda Neen Silt Strider Caravaner, they say they will take you to from Seyda Neen to Stoneforest and Vivec. Vivec and Seyda Neen become highlighted and add or update those topics, allowing you to click on them. Stoneforest adds no topics, and thus you cannot ask any native Dunmer about Balmora. The topic is only added when someone speaking Cyrodiilic talks to you and mentions Balmora, allowing you to click on Balmora. It's a problem, unfortunately. Otherwise, this mod would be absolutely perfect--but it is with a heavy heart that I remove it from my load order. Fingers crossed we can get an update that addresses this--or that someone comes in here telling me how wrong I am.

You might consider reaching Skywind team and proposing them to do something similar at least partially, if you'd be interested of course.
This is a really cool mod and I love it, but you should look into a way to exclude real words that just happen to include a cyrodiilic or dunmeris word inside them.
What I mean is stuff like... the Cyrodiilic translation for "alit" is "kroke", and setting your character to speak Cyrodiilic will change stuff like "Quality restore speed" or "Fortify personality" to "Qukrokey restore speed" or "Fortify personkrokey" because it thinks the "alit" in the middle of the word is "alit" as in the creature
