I've installed this mod manually into my Morrowind Data Files and even tried the Vortex Mod Manager. I can't find McDagoth's anywhere in Balmora. Can anyone assist me? Thanks!

have you tried enabling the mod via "data files" in the morrowind launcher? it wont show unless it is enabled. scroll down through all the files until you find "McDs" double click it so it has an X beside it, then press ok. this should work (obviously all the McDagoths files should all be in before doing this)

This reminds me Jannix Quinn has a Starbucks like mod for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion but JQ disappeared in 2010.
