Mod of the Day EP209 - DRIP - Diablo 2 Style Loot Showcase
Adding approximately a million different types of Diablo 2-style loot to Morrowind, today's Mod of the Day is DRIP - Dynamic Randomised Item Properties by Merlord, arguably one of the biggest loot mods to be made for Morrowind. Built entirely with MWSE lua, with no plugin file and no modifications made to leveled item lists, DRIP automatically and dynamically modifies item properties whenever you enter a new cell, creating new items out of vanilla game objects, adding a prefix or suffix, along with a new enchantment, so you might get new weapons like the "Iron Club of Eye-Gouging" that causes blindness on strike or "Vicious Dwarven Mace" that has 1.5x the normal weapon damage of a typical Dwarven Mace, or find pieces of armor like the "Ogrim's Shield of the Gambler" or clothing like the "Elusive Skirt of the Monk", all of which will have unique enchantments and unique values. You can find these new items virtually anywhere that you can find weapons, armor, clothing or accessories, and with over a million possibilities, you'll never know what you might stumble across, adding a whole new exciting element to looting!
