Moved the optional addon for TR_Mainland unique items into the main download.

Changed Tribunal's Adamant Helm to AR 50 and Enchant 40 to be the more mundane alternative to the Helm of Tohan. Added an optional .esp to keep it untouched.
Make sure you read the new intallation instructions!
Upgraded the Stalhrim Helm to Enchant 150 to match the Helm of Tohan. Tohan is still the better option at AR 70, but the Stalhrim Helm is still a powerful alternative if you don't have it.
Added an optional file that brings TR_Mainland's Battlemage's Cuirass and Tadril's Temper in line with the changes to adamantium and royal guard armor.
