LockedStickyAPOLOGY
First let me apologise to all you fantastic modders who over the years have dropped in and helped to create this amazing mod.
Sorry it has taken me so long (20yrs) to actually get this mod to this final state where it is now ready for release. -
LockedStickySPOILERS
Please do not post or ask for spoilers here!
I WILL remove any I see.
I have included the Forum tab link where you are free to do so.
Short simple hints or tips will probably be okay though. -
LockedStickyBUGS
I have played through from start to finish several times so I can guarantee it is possible.
BUT!
Because, Of course, everyone approaches things differently. You may try something I never thought of
Or a clue that seems obvious to me, may make no sense to you.
So I cannot guarantee you won't still find a problem.
Please DO report anything you find with as much related information as possible.
But DO report them under the bugs reporting tab.
Any posted here are likely to be missed, or treated as spoilers, and therefore go unfixed.
REMEMBER Quests can be failed, that is not the same as a bug.
Apparently OpenMorrowind does not play nice with this mod. That is not a bug in L'Space. -
LockedStickyTIME SCALE
Note that to keep the time scale reasonable for some of the quests.
The shortened relative time will seem at times unrealistic.
But really... would you want to wait weeks or even months, in game, for the next stage of a quest before you could progress ? -
I feel like I never got this working well enough (missing meshes, NPC schedule issues, quest relevant dialogue not being added, the entire Oracle...), in Vanilla MW mind you, to review this properly but the handful of quests I did play boiled down to fetch quests that deliberately disrespect the player's time under the guise of "humor" and enough unaltered lifts from Pratchett that it feels almost derivative for something that's been in the works for as long as it has.
In other words, a representative microcosm of mods circa 2005 so that's pretty cool I guess.
Would like you help you figure out why "OpenMW doesn't play nice with this" if that's something you're interested in, however.
edit: Granted, the layout of the town is very cozy, if not realistic. The ways the characters interact through the quests are fantastic, it truly feels like a small town where everyone knows each other's gossip, and it has plenty of spots where it's nice to just hunker down and chill for a few. I WASN'T trying to rag on this mod, btw. It's very enjoyable when its quirks are embraced. (Keep in mind, I am heavily using CHIM to navigate through this experience out of necessity, but I am still enjoying it) -
Does that mean it doesnt work with openmw?

I'm not sure i understand how i'm supposed to start this mod
is there a specific book that i need to read? -
Might want to list Better Heads under requirements. Or, better yet, remove the dependency.
