Tamriel Rebuilt Briricca Bank in Vivec
This is a small mod that adds a branch of Tamriel Rebuilt‘s Briricca Private Bank to the Foreign Quarter, Upper Waistworks in Vivec. I've always felt there should be one on Vvardenfell. There are some large popular mods that add a branch to Vivec, namely Atrayonis' Rethinking Vivec and RandomPal's Beautiful Cities of Morrowind, but I personally use other city overhauls. So I decided to slice it out of Atrayonis' mod, fixed it up so it works with the latest version of TR, and add it back as a standalone location to the otherwise desolate Upper Waistworks of the Foreign Quarter. I changed the layout so that it's location made sense without Atrayonis' other changes to the Foreign Quarter, and edited the interior so that all the objects had ownership and to make it feel more secure, including a new vault guard.
Use it as you would any of the Briricca banks on the mainland. If you have a Reputation greater or equal to 3, you can open an account at any Briricca Private Bank for a small fee. Then you'll be able to deposit and withdraw gold at any branch, along with taking out and repaying loans.

Install it with your mod manager of choice and enable "Briricca Bank in Vivec.esp" in your plugin list.
