    Incompatibel with BCOM since it removes upper/lower waistowrks in Foreign Quarter. A patch planned?

      Hello, thank you so much for checking out my mod! RandomPal's BCoM already adds a branch of the Briricca Bank to Vivec. We both got it from Rethinking Vivec and made different changes to it, so this mod is redundant for users of BCoM.
