We changed the archive format from .zip to .7z, now when extracting you won't have the .dll unlock problem! To extract the archive, download 7-zip. DO NOT USE ANYTHING FROM THE WINDOWS APP STORE.
So, when i try to launch the game via the "play" button on Vortex, my Antivirus blocks Bannerlord.BLSE.Standalone.exe and it reports a IDP.Generic infection. Any solution?
Bannerlord.BLSE.Launcher.Exe and Bannerlord.BLSE.LauncherEx.Exe Will not start. They pop up for a second in task manager then close. I've turned off windows defender. Done 3 reinstalls of everything yet I have the same problem. Nothing works. It worked fine about a week ago but I needed space on my pc so I uninstalled bannerlord. Now when installing again and installing my mods Exactly the same way as before it doesn't work. There are no error messages and no logs to find. This is so frustrating. Is there a fix to this? Has anyone had the same problem? I've seen a few here with the same problem yet no fixes.
Edit: I've found a solution. I just unblocked all dll files in the game directory and like magic it started. I hope this can serve as a solution for the people out there with the same problem.
don't claim this has vortex support when it doesn't. you can launch it using vortex but installing it using vortex isn't possible using anything anyone has laid out here

There was a problem: not a single launcher would start, even the native one on a clean 1.2.12 version of the game. I adjusted the Windows 10 settings according to the guides so that dlls were not blocked. I searched in Google: windows blocks .dll, how to disable. I deleted and reinstalled vcredist, .net, video card drivers and the game. Before reinstalling, I unblocked the installation files, because they were also blocked. I added the game folder to the defender exceptions and created connection rules in the firewall. I don't know what exactly helped, but... It worked. So the problem is not in the game or in the mods, although... I've never had such problems with other games.
