Thank you thank you thank you!I've been looking at mods to try to figure out how to do EXACTLY this lol I loved the couchable glaive, and even though I did a lot of xml editing in Warband, I was at a loss trying to find how to do this myself. I see now with your mod kind of how to edit things further, I was looking at spitems.xml but was totally missing looing at the crafting one and how they work together.
Is this handle a part that you can use in the smithy yourself, as well? I've been trying to figure out how you could smith your own couchable weapons, to see if you could get more damage that way.
Noice! So I could slap any kind of head on it? I'm not entirely sure how forging works, yet.
I liked that I had a pole-arm that had 1 handed, 2 handed, couching, reach and good swing damage in 2 handed grip. Would these shafts enable all that, regardless of the type of head you put on it, or does that also change how you can use the weapon?
Could you possibly make the "fine steel menavlion" couchable as well ? Taleworlds removed the couch ability from that as well as the glaive, but it is my favorite weapon and I would love if it was couchable again.

I deleted all the "PieceUsages" lines in crafting_pieces.xml and got over that error but now I get move_diff attribute not declared
But.. a two handed sword?! What?

Decorated Long PIne Shaft - Tier 5 - Long Glaive
Hardened Ash Shaft - Tier 4- Glaive
Taleworlds stopped those shafts from being used for couching. I re-enabled them.
