This is an old mod, but I really REALLY hope this works. A single T4 clan in Sturgia with FOUR (4) active clan members (three are women with no combat stats) are hogging 11!! fiefs, where the king has 6 and everyone else has two or one. And they just keep voting for them to get more.
If this mod doesn't work, I'm going to have to edit the DLL myself, because this is garbage gameplay.
WOOO!! It still works! I assault the walls and I get nominated, due to the fact I have only two low prosperity fiefs and tons of friends. The clan that had 11 fiefs isn't even up for a vote, now.
Edit: Now I'm getting nominated for fiefs I don't want and I can't deny them even after spending 100 influence to give it to someone else D:
I really miss Warband's option to deny fiefs outright for a malus on the next vote. Bannerlord first-world problems. The mod "Better Fief Trades" comes in handy here, for anyone else burdened by an overwhelming amount of property privilege.
Im totally with you...spent 3 hours today searching and searching for a mod that handles this and i cant believe it but i really didnt find any...pretty strange that evrybody seem to worry morre about getting a fief instead of getting the right one...for real what should i do with a random castle out in nowhere? did you find a solution for this?
It started great, the first 3 fiefs came to me as it appeared on vote. After that, only one city and nothing more. I tried to install it again but it didn't went as planned.
I think completely removing the distance factor is counter-productive, especially if this affects the AI kingdoms. If its meant to be a sort of equalizer, maybe you could further penalize the rich clans with more prosperous realms
Thank you for this mod. I was getting pissed that the same 3 lords in my kingdom were being elected for every single fief, despite already having more than double the fiefs of everyone else. This mod fixed that.

This mod won't change faction leader's behavior as the mod description said.
