This mod changes the "trade rumors" system because I found it not fun.
Every time you enter a settlement, it compiles a list of all the top 8 best purchase and selling prices of every product that settlements has, plus the products you have in your inventory.
This list replaces any other trade rumor you might have, so basically this replace the vanilla trade rumor system
Notice that only towns are considered. Not villages.
You can use the keys CTRL + "=" and CTRL + "-" to increase or decrease the search radius of the trade tracker.
This is important because, since it only returns the 10 best prices, you might be missing out on better opportunities close by.
In addition, the mod will color the result based on the profit per mile you would make.
Yellow is a decent profit, green is really good and cyan is awesome.
As you buy and sell items, the mod keeps track of your total stock value, so that when you are in a settlement, it can tell where you will be making a profit or a loss if you sell it there.
As of version 5, it also tells you whether you are paying more or less than you usually pay for that item.
But this only works for new items you buy and sell, the mod does not take into account transactions that happened before you installed this version.
Version 6 adds trade rumors for horses and livestock.
Version 7 adds trade rumors for weapons.
New feature in version 7:
If you press CTRL + D, you get a prompt to enter the name of a town you a planning to visit. This is your trade destination.
Trade destinations always appear in the trade rumors list, even if they don't match the top 10 best buys and sells or if they are beyond the trade radius.
New feature in version 8.5
If you hover over a food item in the left side, it shows you how much of that food you have in your inventory.
