AS E1.2.0 ALL THE SAVING SETTINGS ISSUES SHOULD BE FIXED ALSO THE LAUNCHER CRASH I GUESS. BUT FOR THOSE WHO STILL HAVE THE ISSUE:
The game itself has a bug in it's save loading system that prevents loading saves with mods that implemented its own custom classes for saving data. When the game tries to load such custom classes, it fails. Unfortunatly "Save Missing Module Fix" by Aragasas is not able to completely fix all issues right now. As soon as you update any mod, potentially you are in risk to lose any save with the old mod version. (Any mod update=Save fail to load, that's my case right now) . That was pointed by SaMuRaILTU in the bug section.
From now on, these reports will be auto-flagged to "Not a bug".
MBOptionScreen last update overrides ModLib by default, allowing these two mods to coexist. These two mods are the same one in origin, but they are taking different paths from now on, and that's good. Im not sure about migrating to MBOptionScreen as i want to have a clear view of each one's philosophy and the such.
I want express my total appreciation to all your feedback and reports. Maybe i'm the coder, but you guy are the ones making this mod great.
For those of you looking for an update, my two mods LootEveryone and LootLord provide the same functionality as this mod in the meantime. Happy modding!
Note: Even though the Author claims otherwise, the mod still requires ModLib, which of course doesn't work anymore. So yeah, I'm afraid this mod is unusable for the time being. Seeing as the hasn't responded to any of the comments, I'm assuming this mod is dead or on halt for now

1. I must activate modlib coz without this mid ain clickable
2. I use vortex, tried manual also but still wont work
