Reworked to now properly show in Projected Income as Workshop Income. (You can still see the unmodified income in your Clan menu).

Reworked how the mod handles the increase in income - it no longer causes a cascading and unintended increase of gold. It should now give you the intended, and exactly, 0-400% increase in income.
