I'm using pretty much all the Bannerlord Expanded mods so I'm not sure which one is causing the issue. I recruited 2 companions from villages, but for some reason I'm not able to use them in tournaments or as governors. They do show up for bandit hideouts it seems. Is this as intended? It's tough because I now have a huge list of greyed out companions (which crashes my game if I click on one that I haven't met) but can now not figure out which companions I can use for governing vs which ones I can use just for being in the party. Only 2 mods I have for companions is "settlement interactions" and "companions expanded".
- Ok I can confirm it is this mod as I just tried to recruit a companion with "companions expanded" and I could put them in a party. For the "settlement interactions" both companions I recruited don't show up as being able to be in a party, or a tournament, or a governor.
Thanks for the report. However, I am unable to replicate the problem as companions hired from the inns do show up in all of the selections you mentioned.
I noted that you experienced crashes, are you able to create a bug report and send the crash report link?
The musicians in taverns not having instruments is a bug that I already am aware of, just that I havent uploaded the fix. It should be released soon with a few bug fixes.
The "companions are summarized and not updated" has already been fixed in v1.2.9.7, and I verified that the save files no longer save the deleted wanderers. Please check if you have updated the mod. Do take note that if you set the number to too high in the mod settings, it may increase your save/load time as well due to the number of wanderers per village that are being saved.
This is what we want from Taleworlds, more features and mechanics to expand the world of bannerlord, many many years of development and yes it is a big game but after about 30-40 hours you've experienced every feature
It's mainly because of the Inn Module that generates wanderers which is saved by the mod. I would recommend setting it to a lower number if the saving time is too long
It is some bug if you set auto-refresh wanderers weekly or adjust them (more or less) - they summarized, and if you save the game it take much more time 3 or 5 min. in my case.
I think I see what is going on. Seems like the base game is taking too long to cleanup the de-spawned wanderers. I will probably tweak the refresh code to cleanup on its own.
Hello, On behalf of all those in need, I kindly request you to update your wonderful mod, More Prisoner Interactions. Several bugs have accumulated, and many players are encountering issues. Is there a possibility to fix these errors and release an update for the mod?
That mod is heavily broken as it is lacking behind in updates between the game versions, it would be more time efficient for me to rewrite it instead. However, I am busy with work and currently spending most of my free time on maintaining/bug-fixing my Bannerlord Expanded series first. I am not sure if I would ever be touching on it.
Though I am more than happy if anyone takes up the challenge to update it.

Update: V1.2.9.7 should address this issue
