Before you report the bug 1. Check whether the installation process and folder went correctly. 2. Make sure that the .dll is unblocked. 3. Check the config.xml file for incorrectly stating true or false or numbers, or mixing capital letters.
If Just write 'it's not working', I don't know either! If there is a problem with the mod, I want to solve it, but help me to specify the problem. It would be helpful for me if you could attach a Callstack using Better Exception Window mod.
I just installed this and am trying to avoid some of the other compatibility issues people have said exist with Calradia At War (or other mods that add additional bandits). You mentioned prior to adjust the load order, but should I have this mod load before or after any mods that add troops/troop AI? Don't have an easy way to test this out without putting hours in to wait for those added troops to show up in a new game, so hoping for some advice. Thanks!
How can I get the BANDIT from Calradia at War or other MODs to participate in the this mod? It seems that the BANDIT in the original game cannot be integrated with the BANDIT in other additional MODs
Hey, does this affect AI lords at all? I've noticed the usual large swaths of bandits around hideouts are no longer there, and the only thing I can think of is that the AI lords are also blackhole-ing by default.
What order should I load this in if I wanna use this mod, I run Harmony, ButterLib, UIExtenderex, Mod Config menu 6, all the native stuff, RBM, Diplomacy, Improved Garrisons, and Battle Size. Or do I need a mod to run this?
As a side effect, it does prevent bandits from surrendering to you before the fight starts probably because the game takes into effect "reinforcements" to the actual party you approached.
I do wonder if there is a solution to this to have both at the same time! --
Edit: Actually, let me test this a bit more. Forgot that this mod added a third dialogue option that I ended up just defaulting to.
Edit 2: Yeah, I'm dumb. Just choose the vanilla option, haha

You can find the latest news about my work here.
Do you mean Vortex knows how to optimise load order ? Is it really effective ?
Also can you point where is the option ? I didn't find it
Asking this out of curiosity before trying myself, since I don't want to mess with my current mods list (that is working fine at the moment)
