I was trying to modify Kingdom names, etc. via a mod as well. Didn't work either!

If you find a way, please let us all know :)

Yeah, the game is apaprently selective as to which .xmls from mods it considers and nobody seems to have figured out how to work around it...

Amen to that, so many of the names are poor to down right terribad. Can't wait for a mod to let me re-name all the offenders.

by all means post the ones you think are most pressing here, Ill change them. Im currently taking note whenever I stumble upon one I dislike, so it'd speed up that process.

What reshade are you using? Also, have you done any changes to the banners? They seem a bit "eye popping" from your screenshots.

Im using KingdomColor with Calradian Heraldry for the banners and a ReShade called "realistic something something", that I modified a bit.

so it's "calradian heraldry" that makes the banners "pop"? If you understand what I mean haha

If, in fact, I do understand what you mean then its the three in combination. Calradian Heraldry makes them more itneresting and colorful, KingdomColor makes them show up and the ReShade makes the colors "pop" against the backdrop with higher contrast and such.
