Finally I can say I officialy solved known issues from my mod entirely. That means garrison now use troops from this mod entirely (example when you create a new game you can see garrison use troops from this mod instead using vanilla troops). Lord needs x unit in garrison quest is now possible to complete. And now you gets units from this mod when you join as vassal instead getting vanilla one. If someone ask how I solved these issues. Solution was pretty simply I had remove my custom troop ids from my troops and give them vanilla troops ids and then I modified some files.
I am really enjoying this troop rework -- great job! Reminds me a lot of Conley's "Feudal Warfare", with the 4 different types of troop trees, but I like BTR better so far since FW had too many very weak units, and some other issues with bandit parties. One thing I do miss from Feudal Warfare is the concept of needing higher relations with the local village notables before being able to recruit their units. I have bugged Conley enough begging for a standalone version with that feature, so I figured I would throw the idea at you in case you might want to think about a way to implement something like this. Maybe for the noble tree only this additional relation would be required? In any case, really great mod so far!

Can you plz change the shields of Khuzait Darkhans? Its very-very unhistorical (i know its just a fantazy world game, but anyway). Turkic troops never used square shields, Mostly curvy round plated shields.
Hi. I like the mod, but It seems something is wrong in my game: Range troops do not spawn for hire in villages or towns. Have all the prerequisites and BLSE tells me all is good (1.2.12). OSA version, if that matters. RBM is installed but its combat module is off same as the troop rework. All the required mods are sorted above this mod. And there are no other mods that edit troop trees in my mod list.
Playing as sturgian. Villages offer incredible quantities of Elite sturgian berserks (do not remember the exact name) and no ranged troops, in any town or village on the map.
I think its related to BTR_ATC_modconfig file. I remember I set pretty low percentage spawn to archers units in sturgia factions. Because I wanted to make Sturgia heavily focused on infantry units. And of course you can tweak percentage spawn to these sturgians archers units. But also remember units spawn chance are randomized.
I will look into that file. I remember reading the mod's description about the low chance, but I have seen ZERO ranged troops and that seemed off to me. I will now create a new playthrough as battanian to check the mod on my end (I presume they should have a high archer chance).
Meh. Same S#it for Battanian. I can see all sorts of melee infantry recruits in villages and towns and zero ranged. I put the mod the last in my load order to no avail. The file you mentioned shows 10% for ranged units, though I couldn't find any. Guess, I have to give up on your mod. Alas.
Hi. I play NON-OSA version and its ok witch archers spawn. I think problem in RBM (how? i dont know). RBM is not naive mod thap have 3 simple modules, even you switch OFF some modules RBM still affect some aspects of game. Check your play without RBM and then chect with NON-OSA version.
Hi Kriss. All faction has 2 type of Elit units except Aserai has only one type, Vlandians has 3 tipe of elite . Imho, Aserai must have second eliteunits - infantry/skirmisher (like historical arabs). Vlandians mounted crossbowmans very unhistorical (and very unusless in game)
All faction mercenaries has 1 type elite unit, except imeruals, they has 2.
After checking the code I can say I done I a mistake with ATC config unit spawn. I simply forget to change khuzait infantry troop id. Since its used Khuzait trained light footman troop id instead khuzait infantry id. Now Khuzait Infantry should spawn without any problems. If the issue keep appearing, inform me :).
If you use already my mod and want use OSA variant you dont need, since non-osa use same troops. Expect OSA variant using OSA mod and gives more troop templates. But in any case create backup save. And you need only use OSA. you dont need OSA weaponry and saddlery, just only OSA :) .
Thanks for sharing info. I managed to fix that issue :) Simply I forget these troops used OSA helmets and I thought that was a vanilla helmets for while lmao.

The Khuzaits do not spawn "Khuzait Infantry" and its tree
Did you fix only OSA version?
What about NON-OSA version?
Do I need to start new company if i want to download and use OSA version?
Do I need Saddlery and Weaponry of OSA?
All 3 tier Khuzait Light Footman has no helmets.
