Compatibility patch between Reams Divided - Culture Expansion and Banner Kings (base BK only) adding the new settlements to the demesne hierarchy of BK as well as titles for Geroia and Darshi.

Realm Divided + base Banner Kings ONLY, BKCE is inherently incompatible since they do similar things and edit the world map, use one or the other depending on your preferences.

New settlements are part of duchies, counties and baronies now to have access to BK features but i've kept the vanilla factions as the kingdom title holder since their respective splitter factions are illegitimately in a state of civil war.
Geroia and Darshi have received kingdom titles since they are new cultures, Geroia follows the same political model of the Northern Empire and the Darshi of the Southern Empire.
Please let me know if anything is missing, think i got all new settlements with their correct lords.
Installation:
Download the mod and replace the titles file from banner Kings module data folder with this edited one, if you use MO2 it can overwrite the file by placing it lower on the mod list inside the manager with no need for manual replacing.
