This mod allows you to use your mouse to steer vehicles. It's got a bunch of options that I'm not going to outline here--give it a download to check them out ;)
A lot of the features for this mod were taken from the Advanced Keyboard and Mouse mod. I just wanted something like it without all the extra stuff I don't use. Go check out that mod for additional stuff like fine throttle control! As for licensing, it's a bit mixed. The Nexus page says to not modify files. I did not do that. I did, however, look at the source code of that mod heavily while creating mine. The modder doesn't seem to be around anymore, but if you made that mod and you want me to take this down, feel free to message me and I'll comply.
