Fun mod that extends playability of the game :) By the way, is it possible to customize the max level to 140 or any other level? I just want to have max skill points
Not sure if it's UMM or this but I just get a fatal error whenever I try to use this mod. Tried messing around a bit and running as admin but nothing really fixed it except uninstalling it. Thankfully had no issues uninstalling UMM and save was fine but unfortunately couldn't get this to work.
It's in your user directory AppData\LocalLow\Pathea Games\My Time at Portia
It's recreated every time you start the game, so you'll have to crash and then open the file right after the crash. Find the paragraph of text that says something about an exception, like:
[ChangeClothes] [Exception] OnSaveGUI: NullReferenceException - Object reference not set to an instance of an object System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at ChangeClothes.Main.ChangeAllClothes (System.Object[] obj) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at ChangeClothes.Main.OnSaveGUI (UnityModManagerNet.ModEntry modEntry) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at UnityModManagerNet.UnityModManager.SaveSettingsAndParams () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at DungeonDiedProcesser.OnDestroy () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
According to that log, the errors have to do with file access for UMM:
UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\My Time At Portia\Portia_Data\Managed\UnityModManager\Log.txt" is denied. at System.IO.FileStream..ctor (System.String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, Boolean anonymous, FileOptions options) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.IO.FileStream..ctor (System.String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.IO.File.Create (System.String path, Int32 bufferSize) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.IO.File.Create (System.String path) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at UnityModManagerNet.UnityModManager+Logger.WriteBuffers () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 UnityEngine.DebugLogHandler:Internal_LogException(Exception, Object) UnityEngine.DebugLogHandler:LogException(Exception, Object) UnityEngine.Logger:LogException(Exception, Object) UnityEngine.Debug:LogException(Exception) UnityModManagerNet.Logger:WriteBuffers() UnityModManagerNet.Logger:Watcher(Single) UnityModManagerNet.UI:LateUpdate()
I don't see how that can be because of this mod, but I'm not sure how to debug it either. Check if those files exist and create them if they don't or ask the creater of UMM.

I only installed this when I already had got to lv 99, and when I loaded the game with it I was suddenly lv 170, but with no difference in stats, skill points etc. When I lv up I go to 171 but it only acts as normal, as if 1 lv had go up. I do have been playing with an exp multiplier trainer... Could this have been it? Or is it because it isn't a new file? (I got confused, does this mod needs to be used on a new save?).
I thought it could have been something about the amount of exp I already have and the lvling curve, tried to read/understand the other comment but I don't know nothing about modding, at most I just change files with the notepad carefully following instructions and a healthy dose of fear of screwing everything up XD
So what is it? Is there something I can do? Is it because of another mod, not new file or what? :(
Thank you for creating this mod mate. This is awesome, as it makes me feel it gives me more freedom to eventually unlock every skill on the tree. I love mods like this =)
Looks like this Mod requires UMM, 0.13. If you are like me, and don't update UMM often, you have to uninstall UMM from its UI, then reinstall to get this mod to work.
All this mod does is remove the level cap, which I think was 99. Before it would stop levelling once you reached 99. Now it just keeps on going, but you still have to get the experience yourself. Hope that helps!
