I had the mod a while ago, F1 worked fine as the default key to using the mod. I uninstalled and deleted everything as I was tidying up my PC and since reinstalled and just installed the mods again (easiest game to add mods to imo)
Anyway, my question is (sorta): The F1 button isn't bringing up the console command, and I haven't changed anything. I've tried other buttons, it's in the right place folder wise, but nada.
I ran into a problem with Unsuur's “Crush” side quest, on his 2nd letter I think I replied “that's too weird, stop writing to me” or something like that, because at the time I assumed it was Unsuur, but I wasn't sure, and he was refusing my knot, so I searched and saw that normally a 3rd letter arrives, and I never received it. On the Sizau Discord, where I've had a lot of help, I was advised to wait, then in an exchange, someone told me that if I'd replied “stop writing to me” it was possible I wouldn't receive the last letter and therefore I'd never be able to start a relationship with Unsuur, even though he's quite simply the 1st NPC before all the others I'm interested in. So I asked if it was possible to reset the quest, as I really don't want to give up on Unsuur...
I was advised to install “Enhanced Dev Console” because it would allow me to reset the quest (among other commands). It took me a while to understand, then I found the quest ID (1700274) and then I used different commands (CF the screens - EDIT : Okay my screen can't be add inside my post.... Wonderfull) but nothing seems to have changed, I haven't received any new letters (I was expecting to receive the 1st letter again as if I'd never received anything since I thought I'd reset it. ...) and Unsuur is still refusing my knot.
I've done all the necessary main quests, I've even done the quest to paint his wall and his pebble shelf, I'm at my heart's content with him, I give him the gifts he prefers, so it's not a problem of affinity with him. I wanted to know if I had entered the order incorrectly, if it was the wrong one? I'm lost and I've tried a lot of things. If anyone has a solution, thank you in advance.
Usually, to trigger the event, you would use the command: ScriptRun 1700274. But for some reason, I could not get that one quest to work. Unless someone else has a better solution, you could force marry Unsurr by using SocialMarriage 8026 first, then SocialWedding 8026 (edit: make sure the game is NOT paused when using this), and trigger any other of his quests you may have missed with ScriptRun (always create a backup save first). Or restart from an earlier save.
Configure the mod. In the mod menu, under "Menu - Npc Set Pos" set "NpcId" to 8071. Under "Open Men>", assign a convenient key to "Menu (KeyBind)". Make sure to save your settings before closing the menu.
Spawn the fox. Return to the game and press the menu hotkey you assigned. Scroll down and select "Npc Set Player Pos" to spawn the fox nearby. If the fox is idle, use the command "NPCAIStart 8071" in the dev console to start its behavior.
Register the fox in the Social tab. Interact with the fox so you "meet" it. We must trigger a major relationship "category" change to refresh the Social tab. Via marriage: use "SocialMarriage 8071" and "SocialDivorce" in the dev console. This will NOT affect your relationship with your current spouse. (There might be a better way to force this change, but I have yet to find it myself.)
Befriend and adopt the fox. Raise the fox's relationship to Buddy (two stars) using "SocialAddFavor 8071 200" (or a bit more than 200 if needed due to the divorce), or through regular in-game interactions. Once at Buddy status, the "Adopt" option bubble will appear when interacting with it, similar to the other pets like Banjo and Nemo.
Adopting the fox functions normally: it appears in the pet menu, can be dispatched, levels up, and so on. This persists even after sleeping, reloading the save, and restarting the game.
Notes: 1. The townspeople will bring wedding gifts in the morning, but the gifts won't appear since the marriage no longer exists. 2. If you are already married, the bed assignment menu may not list your spouse. Fix this in one of two ways: (A) Remarrying your spouse with "SocialMarriage [NpcID]". Listed below for convenience. (B) Using s1zau's Lovers mod with "Free Love" enabled while following these steps seems to prevent this issue from occurring in the first place, since it's already correcting the menu to accommodate multiple spouses. Hi! Thanks for posting this, I just got a quick question; have you gotten the fox to stay in your social tab? Anytime I close then re-open the game, the fox isn't in it anymore, even though I've adopted it.
Yes, after following these steps, the fox stays in my social tab even after restarting the game.
If it's disappearing for you, perhaps another mod is interacting --- either conflicting with your setup or maybe adding some functionality behind the scenes that makes it work for my setup. Personally, I have most of s1zau's mods installed, along with this one and my own, so my primary suspects for that second possibility would be one of these two:

I've been having a problem where the Game Center won't load when going into it, more like bugging; even in cutscenes. The character's fall through the map, I constantly die, and sometimes, I can't even open the pause screen. I think it started happening after using the Game Center Level cheat. I'm sure my save file is done for, but I just wanted to make sure to report it.
Dev Console is no longer getting support. After the pet DLC updates, many commands are broken. This includes the two you mentioned and the favor panel. To summon NPCs, you'll need to use sizau's YTAS framework and mods moving forward:

This will make it be in the world, be interactable, however, it will not work as a pet itself and does not appear in the social menu. I managed to make it appear on social with the marriage command, however whenever it reopens the game it is necessary to divorce and remarry to work.
I have tried the command to define behaviour, but without success.
I was wondering if it's possible to use the console to force a mission to start? My game has been permanently stuck on "Another One Rides The Bus" waiting for Trudy's letter the next day to trigger the cutscene, and Larry the Geegler's quest "Anyone Can Cook", which is supposed to be completed before the bus cutscene, hasn't triggered either despite meeting the requirements. So far I've tried a few fixes with the console but none have worked. I contacted the devs too and they weren't able to help either :( I'm very upset about this as I abandoned the game in April due to this issue
Kind of hoping for something similar, but to end one. I've had a mission marker for months that never triggers or goes away. No idea what it is even for, but it always has the exclamation point and points me to the location.

To make your yard level 7, for example, you would type as follows: SetFarmLevel 6

i have the bepinex folder adn the dev console in the plugin folder it made. no idea what I did wrong, seems pretty simple to set up.
nvm got it! but the item list is not appearing in the plugins folder weirdly enough
