About this mod
Ever get nostalgic for your time with past Storm games? Now you can listen to Character Select and Battle Results Screen themes from all previous titles to help remind you of the good ol days.
- Permissions and credits
This mod adds in the Character Select and Battle Results music from previous games. They are randomly chosen from a list every time you either load into the Character Select screen or finish a 1P vs. 2P or 1P vs. CPU match in Free Battle, as well as Online Battle. Also, the randomization is done as such that you will never get the same track twice in a row for the sake of more variety (though you might get the two Storm 2 themes back to back). The music in this pack includes:
Storm 1 Character Select Theme
Storm 2 Character Select Theme (OST Ver.)
Storm 2 Character Select Theme (In-Game Ver.)
Storm Generations Character Select Theme
Storm 3 Character Select Theme
Storm Revolution Character Select Theme
Storm 4 Character Select Theme
Storm 1 Battle Results Theme
Storm 2 Battle Results Theme
Storm Generations Battle Results Theme
Storm 3 Battle Results Theme
Storm Revolution Battle Results Theme
Storm 4 Battle Results Theme
Ver. with Connections' Character Select/Battle Results included (+nostalgic music) and ver. without them (nostalgic music only)
p.s. I do not own any of the music featured in this mod. It was all composed by Chikayo Fukuda.
To install the mod:
simply drag the data folder within the .zip into your game's root folder and overwrite any files asked by file explorer.
Special thanks to the homie Kuroha Saenoki for showing me how to mod the music.
(I may do a update of this mod in the future with the title/menu select themes when I feel like it and if people show enough interest)
