Well, it looks like you made so much that the value rolled around to the negative. The only way is know the exact value and use cheat engine. Or have patience and keep earning money until it back in positive.
If I am right, the game uses 32 bit integers so -2,147,483,64 would be the lowest you can go negative. You have link to that cheat table? That could help some.

So far i've been able to get it positive using cheat engine you mentioned BUt going online would put me back at negative along w an issue where I can't collect money from races nor can i sell items once my balance is like lowest its been is -7-to-527. EDIT: got it to 0 then back to positive but got error code 0009080f so i gave up and deleted the save file, i dont mind restarting. just wont pass 2B again lol
I have *some* experience with cheat engine but am having the same problem. Any advice on exactly how to fix (with or without using cheat engine, I know someone else said it didn’t sync with online) so I don’t have to reset my save? (Any help is MUCH appreciated, I really appreciate the time you’ve taken to mod the game it has saved me a ton of time!)
It seems all cash mods kill your bank after 2B it go's negative and , I can not seem to find a fix. so anyone know let me know . I will post this on more cash mods to help me fix and let players know it kills' your bank .. >And yes i bought the game full price , completed it one time and now I mod .That is me #1 in the old raceway got 1 minuet ,some one is trying to take me they have 1.15 minuet . =P shush do not tell anyone lol . My mod is OP mm o to 340MPH in 8 sec ..That is my baby mod the one that i used on the raceway was a 360 MPH car with reduced steering ,go's to quick . =P And thank you AntiLoser your mods rule .
For some reason, I see the increased numbers in online for both cash and rep but I get paid regular cash & get regular rep. Guessing that’s just a visual bug. But when I’m in solo mode, the mod just doesn’t work. XD tried using cheat engine to increase the cash but it only worked once for me and after that, it just doesn’t want to work again. Edit: Forgot to mention this visual bug only happens when I play online and not with the mod.
Well, I know it does not work online. Even in solo people have reported it only working half the time. I am not sure if i can really do anything to fix it.
Unlikely. You could try deleting the mod data folder in the game's folder to refresh the mods. For some reason though this mod only wants to work half the time.

Could it be that something is patched?
