   I have no other mods but this Mita Lisence plate, and it still doesn't apply the texture. still no fix?

      using Frosty MM, it's replace bay view license maybe got replace by your other mod

      No, how do you replace textures with the FrostyEditor? The Mod editor? not FrostyModManager? I want to replace the helicopter texture?

      Open Frosty MM -> Select license mod -> go to Description -> see bottom Description (Affected files) -> you can see [ RES ] (place where texture got replace) -> then search at Frosty Editor
      
      you can't open file fbmod in Frosty Editor only fbProject

      I know how to make mods. I made the free roam cops mod for Payback and the bike mod for 2015 and Payback. But the texture is not working for me and I modded NFS games for 5 years. So I should know this

      And I replaced textures in Payback and that works normal, but Heat breaks

   What version of Frosty MM do you use?
   1.0.6.3 doesnt launch it
