NO-CD patch allows you to run the game without inserting a disc into your computer's drive.
- Permissions and credits
Physical CD/DVD/Bluray are getting less and less common, so it may be tedious to be asked to insert a disc with a game every time you launch the game. This patch allows you to run the game without physically inserting a CD!
You just need to replace your 'speed.exe' file in the main game folder (usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Most Wanted) with the one provided here. Please make sure you have a backup copy of the original game files and that you are the rightful owner of the game licence. The NO-CD patch shouldn't be used if you do not own an original game.
