Installation
Extract the archive into your Fallout: New Vegas folder (e.g., C:\Program Files \Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas).
Uninstallation
See MTUI Readme.txt for step-by-step instructions.
Additional Notes
If you wish to revert to the original black texture without uninstalling the mod, open ...\Menus\dialog\dialog_menu.xml with a text editor and replace
MTUI\background.dds
with
Interface\Shared\Background\solid_black.dds
If you wish to remove dialog menu backgrounds altogether, use the transparent texture:
