@zozoramelu check my other mods too, please. You will see that I made mods to adjust XP as well http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36411.
Thanks for the links, but I won't use them I'm working on pretty big and ambitious project now (more than 5 months in development already) and it will take like 1 month more to release it.
Warning.SPOILERS. Thanks a lot buddy. Hardcore.esp works like a charm - you got your endorsement. Maybe you should update the description also specifying what is the meaning of 'Hardcore' Hardcore mod means 1 skill point per 1 point of INT. ----------------------------------------------------------- As an extension of your mod, you should take a look of these:
1. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34836 - check my commentaries; they are based on this:
As I said there, I played FO3 with iXPBumpBase=525 (3.5 times slower) in no sweat. Maybe different values (x2, x3, x4 etc) would prepare your mod for those f***ing hardcore gamers who believe that NV is too easy.
I was disappointed in the implementation of skills in New Vegas, as if it implied (by giving few skill points and fewer points per point of intelligence) that people west of the Mississippi were somehow dumber than those in the D.C. Ruins.
Go easy on it, though. The higher power ones are game-breaking, in my arrogant opinion.

2. I already tried this:
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2836
but I finished the game only at lvl 20 (MMM installed)
This is f***ing hard indeed, as you have to think very well which perk you take when advancing
3. As a bonus, if you want to re-play FO3 (not available in NV) check this:
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1560
you'll surely like it.
If you correct 1. it'll be a very nice mod (not only for me but also for others
Cheers and keep the good work.
Thanks for making this.Makes the intelligence stat more balanced and useful.
