UMMM, i like this file but one major major problem. I walk into the strip or anywhere with friendly NCR and Robots, he completely murders every single one of them. I am liked by the NCR so why is he doing this.
@leafeon92: In the description there is a tiny little spoiler that says how to get to him within 10 seconds using the console. He is somewhat hidden by the bushes near the well.
