About this mod
Adds non-faction NCR Ranger Combat Armor, obtainable in the NCR Safehouse, and added to Legion Safehouse as suggested.

This mod adds non-faction NCR Ranger Combat Armor to the game, for those who love the look of the Ranger Combat Armor but don't like getting shot at by factions who aren't keen to having NCR around their parts.
I realize there's a number of mods that add this to the game already, but I couldn't find one that keeps the DT at its normal value or one that puts it in a sensible location to obtain it. If there's a mod that's an exact copy of this, let me know and I'll take this superfluous one off :)
Minor tweak to the armor:
I didn't think it made sense for the armor to be so much heavier than Combat Armor MK II when it gives the same DT, so I made it the exact same weight (20 pounds, original was 30 pounds). If this upsets anyone, let me know and I'll add in an optional file for 30 pound armor. Also made it repairable with other NCR Ranger Combat Armor, Combat Armor, and Reinforced Combat Armor.
Two areas to obtain:
1. The NCR Safehouse, right above the shelf where you get the regular NCR Ranger Combat Armor. So you'll have to be friendly with the NCR and gain their favor somewhat to obtain it.
2. As added per suggestion, there is also one in Caesar's Legion Safehouse on a shelf in the downstairs room. Now Legion-only players can get it if they wish.
Currently the mesh is an exact replica of the original armor, but I might change or outright remove some of the NCR markings in the future.
INSTALLATION:
Extract the .esp file directly into your Data folder for Fallout New Vegas. By default, this is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data
As always, let me know if there are any bugs or if you have a suggestion.
