This is my first mod, and also my first attempt at a perk. This mod adds a perk called Further Education, which requires you to have an Intelligence of 5 or higher, and the Education perk. It has 1 rank, and can first be obtained at Level 10. It adds 3 skill points per level.
UPDATE IMPORTANT!: I have changed the .esp to use only 1 rank, rather than 8, as the game does not register the skill points from multiple ranks. I have also changed the YouKnowTooMuch version to use 1 rank, but increase the skill points to 40 more per level. The Further Education perk now grants 3 extra skill points per level, bringing it to a max of 20 per level, with the vanilla skill points formula.
