There is an error in the script that adds the perks of lonsome road. Unless you have exactly 50 or 100 Survival skill you do not obtain the perks. During the if condition you should change "qSkillSurvival == 50" in "qSkillSurvival >= 50".
Just use the console commands to add the aforementioned perks when your skill is at the right level. I don't think the original author is working on this anymore.
This mod solves my problem of too many good perks! When I would level up in fallout 3 it was easy to separate the shitty perks from the awesome perks, but in new vegas there's so many awesome perks that you want them all! I have one suggestion. Why not add all perks (Except friend of the night and meltdown). I mean it may seem a little overpowering to get attribute perks automatically but some of the attribute base perks are really fun and most console players miss out on them
Well, you can still choose a perk every even level, so unless you are using some mod to add more perks, you will probably be able to get all(or at least most) perks in the game either way.
But a very fun cheat, no longer having to specialize a character and being limited, as long as I have the skillpoints for it, I can swing back from YCS to AMR to Anabelle as much as I want while having them all full capacity, that freedom is great, certainly not for a more hardcore player, but if you're into it just for the fun, get crazy.
Recently bought the DLC I was missing, updated the mod to support those and added the rank requirements I had planned. More details in the description. Please leave any suggestions or report bugs by commenting or sending a PM.
EDIT: Updated to 1.1.1, Animal Friend kept getting added every 10 seconds due to some left-over code from 1.0.
@haerzog Why would you want it to run alongside Xatmos mod? It states in the descrip that his mod was inspired by Xatmos mod. Therefore it's virtually the same am I correct?
Also, does this mod support "all" dlc? (OWB, LR, GRA, etc.)

The notification of perk gain can be easily be unnoticed. Confirmation from xatmos was better. But all other works fine.
