Small immersion tweak - Improved half-assed script that I accidentally snuck into v2b to extinguish the campfire when it gets rained on, and limited the maximum time that the fire will burn to 6 hours.

Switched to FOMOD file because I like FOMODs and think they're awesome and that everyone should use them

Backpack Confiscations work again
When bartering the weapon and armor versions of the backpack will now both be visible. The armor version is worthless. The weapon version is worth 100 caps base value. Selling either version will result in losing both.
