   i got a peoblwm, every time y have my gun out something strange show up dow the screen in my field of view. I think is the coat, but i dont know

   I agree with you on that one. Harland sounds almost exactly like him. I could probably make a mod like that, but I usually use the Companion share and recruit mod to give him the outfit. I think, that if you talk to him at the right time, you can recruit him with that mod too.
   
   The mask doesn't move. Sorry, I don't know how to animate.

    Is there any chance you can make a mod to give this costume to Harland from the Come Fly with Me quest? He has the perfect Rorschach voice and attitude.
    Does the mask move when the wearer talks or is it more of a helmet?
