Add file to your Fallout: NV folder following
this path from your main FO:NV folder, wherever
that may be on your PC version:
Data>textures>TacticalVest
I recommend you make a back-up file of the
original in case you change your mind later.
This texture is used on both the regular and
bulky varients of the Tac-Vest.
This is my first retexture for any DDS file,
and I hope it suits your taste.
If you don't know how to edit DDS textures,
and have Photoshop, check out this free NVIDIA
DDS plug-in at the following site:
https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop
I advise installing both the 32-bit and 64-bit
versions. FO:NV uses the 32-bit version, but one
would be wise to also add the 64-bit, too.
