Just got back in fallout after a while. All my mods were still good but when I used my g3 gun after I got down reloading. A I heard a voice that said either chief, cheese, or cheeks Ive reinstalled the mod and the G3SG1 SOUND REPLACER mod and still says it.
Nevermind found the issue it was the YEET-MILLENIAS G3SG1 ANIMATIONS (STANDALONE EDITON) mod. I disabled it now it and there is now weird sound after down reloading.
Love the model, looks great like all of your work. Some of the balancing choices seem questionable to me, the thing came out rather pitiful for a notoriously potent battle rifle. Made some much needed changes to the stats, added it to the grunt perk and improved the sound to my liking. Nonetheless this is great model, the sharing of your talents is very much appreciated. People should be more inclined to fix what they don't like for their own personal satisfaction instead of demanding changes be made for them by the author.
Actually, I'm not sure FNVEdit has an option for automatic or non-automatic. I would recommend doing it in GECK since its easier but that's up to you...
All you have to do is bring up the weapon (WeapMG3SG1MMP) and change a couple things:
- Click the 'automatic' flag at the top (GECK) - Set the fire rate to something like 10.000 instead of 1.000 - Set the attack animation to 'attackloop'
From there, it should work just fine as an automatic
umm the one in TTW is fully automatic but idk if the mod selective fire would help with it if u dont have TTW... and i guess u could try to edit it from the G.E.C.K. or FNVEdit
JIP select fire doesn't give you more options, it adds on to what a weapon already has. For example, the Anti-Materiel Rifle does not gain the full auto and burst mode options, it stays single. If a weapon (Vanilla or mod) is fully automatic, then you now have full-auto, burst and semi auto options.
Any mods compatible with this gun? Apparently when i go to mod in game hitting the X key says "this gun not moddable"
EDIT: to expand on what i meant, the TTW replacer kills modding in game. If i just load the non-replacer a g3 can be modded. The "assault rifle" replaced g3 cant be.
There is no MOD. Use FNVEdit to make the weapon's "Effect-Mod" and "Value A-Mod" the same as the TTW. Note: MOD looks the same. I edited the meshes and substituted the Infiltrator magazines and scopes for the MOD.
Hey Millenia or anyone else that can answer this is the g3 the only gun you have that has a replacer mod option for ttw i went to a couple of other guns and none of them had that option?
someone can make a replacement version of the basic g3 textures please, because I am using a mod adding the fallout 3 weapons in FNV and I just want a texture and meshes files without plugins because I don't think I am the only one with the want and in addition this weapon is perfect because my mod puts the g3 in the LL of NCR and that will be cool because this weapon this husband well with the mod NCR Trooper Overhaul
