Replaces all NCR flags in the Mojave waste with the flag from the city of Columbia from Bioshock Infinite

So I been wanting to do this for about 2 weeks now and I finally got around to it. this is a re-texture that changes ALL NCR flags to the flag from the city of Columbia in Bioshock Infinite. I got bored with the NCR flag and kind of liked this one, so why not. I also did this to take a break from my RTS city mod iv been working on.
NOTE: I found the picture of the flag on a simple Google search, I did not rip or steal it from the game. If you drop a comment accusing me of doing so it will be ignored.
Install: just drop in the data folder and check the .esp in you favorite mod manager. It should also work for NMM if your like me and prefer that.
Un-Install: either un-check the .esp and delete the file or if you used NMM just un-install it like normal.

Closing Statements: Im 99% shure this should not conflict or have any issues. the only thing I can think of is anything else that changes the NCR flag. even then it should be ok. also if you like the mod please drop an endorsement and maybe a pic or two of you with the flag.
