    Question, if I may. How did you replace the textures? Did you just paste the picture in there, or?

      I found the picture, layered it over the original texture and used the geck to to change all the flags to the new texture.

      Nice idea, but what about, instead of the 13 stars fort he 13 commonwealths of the pre-war flag, putting 9 stars, for the nine states of the current NCR ? Just an idea.

      This isn't ported and I think he made the texture himself, and based it on something from Bioshock Infinite, because as far as I know I've never seen a flag like that in infinite because there's no Interstate highway signs in all of Bioshock.

      He said in the description that it was based off a Google image not ripped or anything. Besides he isn't making money off of it.
