    Does nothing. I'm using MO2.
It's not a female pipboy problem. I'm playing a male character. This mod straight up doesn't work.

Okay, found the closest thing to a working fix, that is if you don't mind a retexture and maybe some work if you don't like the animations.
https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/60629 will retexture the Pimp-boy a bit & turn the buttons blue, changes the background a bit, but other than that there's not much to mind if you can remove the animated bottle cap & buttons thing with the tutorial here. Unless you like it, I don't know.
This was a tutorial in its comments on how to remove the nauseating animated caps on this retexture:
Yes, go to https://www.transparenttextures.com/ search under transparent again and download a BLACK Transparent Square tiles then on your desktop rename the file coinsfall.dds with notepad++ or w.e then FIRST delete the original coinsfall.dds from textures and then drag this one in and replace it.
^ And through my own experimenting, I've discovered you can do the same with fx_pimpbutton01.dds, which will clear the rest of the nauseating animations from that mod and just make it into a nice-looking texture without gloss.
This was the only retexture that didn't have the annoying shine problem. Aside from the fact that every other retexture also happens to either be an upscale or look like hot garbage.

It's not working for me. I've tried to change the glosiness to 200 but nothing happens... In Vortex it says it's correctly deployed and all working. It's the first mod that I install that does literally NOTHING. Any ideas on what could be the problem?
  3. Welp, it's not working.

Really? I've never had an issue with it and I think I it got it to a perfect dullness to shiny balance.

I could make an extra dull version if you want?

Awesome! Now all I need is a mod that fixes it so that it isn't tilted weird for female Couriers. That's the only reason I don't regularly use the Pimp Boy, even though I really like the way it looks.

That + a proper HD retexture. That would be amazing.

Isn't it kinda strange that the lower the gloss number is, the glossier the item? What's up with that?
    Good mod though.

Its on a scale of 0 to 255, with 0 being transparent (glossy) and 255 being opaque (no gloss)

      ART!
